Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed with care and dispatched from various locations depending on where you’re ordering from — to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Branded products, including our Butter Buff Bars, are shipped directly from Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to New Zealand, the US, UK, Europe, and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually packed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary:
- Australia: 3–8 business days (standard), 1–3 business days (express)
- International: 6–21 business days, depending on your destination
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. Didn’t receive it? Check your junk folder or contact us at info@mlkdptstr.com.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and approved through our returns process. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do — orders over $50 AUD within Australia qualify for free standard shipping.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan-friendly. Where honey is used, we offer a maple-based alternative. All ingredients are clearly listed on each product page.
What makes your packaging eco-friendly?
We use recyclable, compostable, and minimal materials — including dissolvable rice paper (gluten) for some refill products, which will always be clearly noted on product pages — so you can indulge guilt-free.
My Butter Buff Bar is softer than expected — is that normal?
Yes! Our bars are designed to soften slightly in warmer weather for smooth, buttery application. While they’re not as firm as traditional soap, they’re still sturdier than real butter. Each bar is thoughtfully crafted to evoke the feel of butter — right down to the eco-friendly, reusable applicator designed to work like cutlery.
Can I store your soap or bar in the shower?
Yes! Our custom curated, reusable, recyclable, refillable containers are designed to:
- Resist mould
- extend product life
- look stylish on your sink, shelf, or ledge
Alternatively, you can store our bars in a dry, cool area between uses for best results.
